Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are available within 7 days of receipt of items. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method minus the cost for postage.
Refunds will only be provided where an item has been returned, unused and in a saleable condition or where damage has been made during transit. Proof of damage must be provided at the time of request in the form of a photo or video.
Please note the following exceptions to the return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be returned in original product packaging and in a saleable condition with no visible signs of use or wear.
Returns and exchanges only applies to physical goods. Any downloadable items are non-refundable or returnable.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Contact email@example.com with your order number and reason for return or refund including any images where applicable.
2. If continuing with return make sure the item is well packaged and return at your own cost. Please make sure the item is tracked as failure to do so may result in the refund or exchange being refused.
3. Send any return items back to the following address: Sorted! Returns, 49 Kennerley Road, Davenport, Stockport, SK2 6EU
4. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number. Once item has been received and checked the refund or exchange will be made.
Refund Additional Details
Refund payments will be made back to the original payment card used to make the purchase.
The cost of postage for the original item will be deducted from the refund except in the case of damage during transit.
